We want you to love your Mustard Made lockers as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unassembled packaging. If your order isn't quite the right fit for your home, our team is here to help facilitate a smooth return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Check Your Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original flat-packed condition and within 30 days of delivery; please note that once a locker has been assembled, it is no longer eligible for return.

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization.

  Pack With Care

  Securely pack the items back into their original shipping boxes, ensuring all components are protected to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Affix your shipping label and drop the package at your nearest collection point; once our team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
